Chapter 45: You are good

10Finally, my brethren, be strong in the Lord and in the power of His might. 11Put on the whole armor of God, that you may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil. 12For we do not wrestle against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this age, against spiritual hosts of wickedness in the heavenly places. 13Therefore take up the whole armor of God, that you may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, to stand.
Ephesians 6:10-13 NKJV
Sometimes there is only one thing we can do in life.  To stand.  We have to realize that all these problems that exist in this world are because of a deeper issue than man, selfishness, and sin.  Our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but the principalities, powers, and rulers of the the darkness and against spiritual hosts of wickedness.  So much more of this world has to do with the spiritual fight.
Sometimes we are beaten down and bruised.  We lose the words to say.  We lose the ability to see. We lose feeling and become numb.  We have one thing left to do, surrender or stand.  So we muster our strength and turn to scripture.  So we stand.  But we don’t stand alone, we stand with our brothers and sisters.  We stand with our neighbors.  We stand, realizing that there is always one who stands with us.
Christ.  With nail scarred hands, He stands with us.
He is full of love.
If you are seeking some intimate time of worship with our good Father, we encourage you to check out this video, https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=g6_BLuhr0HQ
Be encouraged, our good Father loves you!
These last few weeks have been rough.  Many times we felt under major spiritual attack; Depression, financial strain, miscommunication, discouragement, second-guessing, doubt.  Many of these things have manifested in our lives.  Every time we are about to experience breakthrough, Satan rears his head.
Sometimes we realize all we can do is Stand.

Then, we receive an email from some friends in the States who are praying for us.

Unexpected.
We receive a text message, family abroad is praying for us.
Welcomed.
We receive more emails and messages.
Humbled.
We receive many more messages at just the right moment.  God’s timing is always perfect.
We realize all this time we thought we were alone, God was with us.  God was moving the hearts and minds of friends and family all around the globe.  We never are alone.  Satan tries to feed us lies, remember our identity is in Christ!
Pray.
For Michelle and I to press into our good Father during this time.  That we continue to make a priority each other, our children, and God as our foundation.  That we would seek God in all areas of our lives, our present and future.  We would let go of control, and allow Him to move through us.
For wisdom and direction during this time of unrest.  For a better understanding of where to invest our time and energy for ministry.
For financial peace.  Our loving Father is so faithful in His provision.  We press into this promise!
For understanding.  As we gain wisdom and direction in these upcoming months, we will have a better understanding of our priorities, next steps, and dreams.
Continue to uplift our desires and wisdom about a house and car.
We love you all so much.  Thank you for your continued presence in our lives.  Lifting us in prayer, sending words of encouragement, sharing our story; it has helped so much!  We are uplifted, encouraged and strengthened in our faith by your presence in our lives.
Let us know how we can pray for you!

Much Love!
